With addition of organic vegan meals, this retreat was designed to reboot your entire system mind, body and spirit.


We will be staying at a luxury villa in the heart of Koh Phangan Island, Thailand. The accommodation is nestled among beautiful, lush gardens and palm tree forests with stunning mountain views, beaches and waterfalls close by.

The purpose of retreating at the Healing Center is to empower ourselves to heal our own lives. Inner Guidance

Inner Guidance was created by Amara Samata, an awakened being, currently based in Bali. Through her awakening into her True Self, she synthesized the Inner Dance Process created by Pi Villarazaand the teachings of Amara’s Tibetan Lama from the Dzogchen tradition of Mahayana Buddhism. It is a profoundly healing self-discovery experience and is one of the most powerful tools for breakthroughs today. It works on and accesses inner wisdom & empathy on all levels – Physically, Emotionally, Mentally and Energetically.

The aim of our session is to reach CHOICE POINT where you can no longer cling to limited understandings that don’t fully serve you and your unique life’s purpose, and to illuminate your gifts so that they become readily accessible to you.

From here we discuss further strategies to nurture and serve your new realizations creating a sustainable, embodied experience of conscious evolution.

For some, this will be a very emotional and heart-centered experience; for others, kinesthetic and physically activating. For others, it will be experienced as energetic or even mystical. For others still, it will be a practical and logical process that just “makes sense.”

Of course as humans we are capable of all of these experiences (and more) and the aim is to give each person and their unique, evolving system a chance to benefit from them all. This is why it is so hard for people to explain what an IG session is because it defies categorization and blends many so-called spiritual, physical, energetic, intellectual and psychological modes compatibly and seamlessly.


The Yoga classes are designed to consciously release holding patterns in the body while stimulating vital energy. The movements in class are a powerful combination of fitness and movement as medicine. Johnson teaches from an intuitive place of guiding each student to their fullest potential. He has been teaching since 2008 and has an extensive background in hatha, vinyasa, kundalini and ANYA yogic techniques, as well as having training in martial arts, Pilates and GYROTONIC®

Restorative Yoga

In this gentle, meditative, slow stretching and rehabilitative style of yoga. It is a powerful method that focuses the mind through powerful visualizations as the body moves through a series of gentle motions, deeply opening the entire spine, hips, and connective tissues of the body. Restorative Yoga calms the nervous system and releases physical tension. Using props to support the body in static poses, the Restorative practice moves us out of the hectic state that pervades our busy lives and into a slower, more mindful frame of being. Unlike a Yin practice, Restorative poses are passive, allowing physical opening to occur naturally over several minutes. Guided relaxation, a focus on the breath and gentle hands-on adjustments offer a profoundly nourishing experience. Best of all, the simple mindfulness techniques explored during this class can easily be carried into your day-to-day.

Ajna Light Therapy Meditation

Meditation is practiced by millions as a means to help the mind release thoughts of painful memories of the past and anxious worries about the future, while helping to maintain focus on the present moment. Studies have proven that a regular meditation practice helps to activate feel-good chemicals in the brain like dopamine, serotonin, and oxytocin, which increase happiness, improve memory, concentration, intuition, creativity and empathy, while neutralizing stress, anxiety, fear and anger. A Harvard MRI study showed that just 8 weeks of mindful meditation had measurable positive changes in the brain. Meditation also helps to build grey matter in the hippocampus, which is associated with memory, sense of self, empathy and self-control, and helps decrease grey matter in the amygdala, which plays a significant role in anxiety, stress and addictive behavior.

The ajna light helps to catalyze the meditative state more quickly. The light emitted from the Ajna Device is pure white from high power LEDs. The colors, geometrics, kaleidoscopes, artistry is your own visionary experience. Thus each experience is unique to the individual and the selected frequency entrainment.

The Ajna Light allows you to easily work with your own inner consciousness as a gateway to intuition, wellbeing, and spiritual self inquiry. It is also a wonderful introduction into meditation.

Most of the senses have the ability to facilitate brainwave entrainment provided the process is carried out properly. Music therapy and sounds in the form of musical instruments, and drums, have been used in human culture since ancient times to produce trance states. Binural beats have been extensively studied to also produce brainwave patterns for altered states of consciousness and meditation.


At the Healing Center, we believe in the old adage “you are what you eat”, thus the serving of only high quality, high vibrational vegan cuisine. Why vegan?

  • Ahimsa or non-harm, we pledge not to participate in cruelty and the conscious or unconscious exploitation of animals.
  • Respect for, and protection of the environment. The the meat industry is one of the biggest causes of climate change, is extremely wasteful and creates enormous amounts of pollution. Adopting a vegan diet is more effective than switching to a “greener” car in the fight against climate change.
  • Optimal health. For us and for our guests. Vegans are less likely to develop heart disease, cancer, diabetes, or high blood pressure than meat-eaters.

Private Beach

The island of Koh Phangan offers plenty of beaches. There is an indescribable expansive energy of living life to the fullest everywhere on the island, as everyone on the island is looking for something bigger than themselves. It is not uncommon to find musicians gather by the shore for evening drumming, singing and dancing circles at Zen beach.


We are always on the go. It’s a powerful thing when we make a conscious decision to purposefully do nothing. Or perhaps, you want to use your free time to connect with nature and do all the things that make you happy. Go swim in the ocean, or pool. Find some time to write and journal. There are also beautiful hikes walking distance to the waterfalls from the healing center.
